I realized this morning that I needed more lining pieces, so I cut 16 more for a total of 67 pieces of fabric, lining and interfacing for a seemingly simple bag! I had barely enough lining fabric left so the pieces were cut willy-nilly. Straight grain? I don't need no stinkin' straight grain!

No one to blame by myself...I drafted the pattern! I get the love and appreciation of my daughter AND in the words of Hannibal Smith, I love it when a plan comes together.
Wow, does this purse change into a vehicle like a transformer? Does it spit acid-dipped nails at muggers?
